**Update** 04/26/2024
So I bring my grandfather back to this hearing store and the Salvatore asked my grandfather When the last time his hearing test was done Because his audio clarity and volume were way off and the test results that they had were from 2017, which was five years prior to him coming in and having Hunter with Russ Setting him up with a new set of hearing aids. Completely blown away by Hunter, which is the regional manager for Beltone, not even bringing this to my attention, My grandfather home healthcare provider and just couldn’t believe that they didn’t bring this up. Salvatore is doing a great job and a hearing test which should be done every 12 to 18 months. Shame on you, Hunter and Russ . Unacceptable… Thank you, Salvatore! Salvatore gets 10 stars!;
